The Palliative Care Institute is the result of a unique collaboration between The Center for Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. and the State University of New York at Buffalo Schools of Medicine, Nursing and Social Work. Formed in 2009, the Palliative Care Institute seeks to advance the scope of palliative care education , contribute to the growing body of palliative care research, and to promote innovation and excellence in palliative care clinical practice.
